We collect the information you provide when requesting beta access or creating an account: your name, email address, club or organization, and city. Speakers may add profile details they choose to publish, such as a bio, topics, photo, and video. Clubs and organizations may post reviews of speakers they have hosted. Messages you send through the platform are stored so we can deliver them; they are visible to conversation participants and accessible to platform administrators for support and safety purposes. We may also receive your name and contact information from a club or member who recommends you as a speaker; we use it only to send you an invitation, and every invitation includes the ability to opt out of further contact. Finally, we collect standard technical information, such as browser type, device, and pages visited, and we use cookies and similar browser storage to keep you signed in and operate the service.

We use your information to review beta requests and send invitations, operate the directory and messaging features, respond to support requests, improve the service, and communicate with you about your account. We do not sell your personal information.

Speaker profiles and club reviews are visible to other members of the directory. That visibility is the purpose of the service. Beyond that, we share information only with service providers who help us run the platform (such as hosting and email providers), or when required by law.

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so we encourage you to use a strong, unique password.

You can update or unpublish your profile at any time, control whether your listing accepts reviews, and turn off email notifications in your account settings. If you were invited as a recommended speaker, you can opt out of invitations with one click. You may request a copy of your data, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us.

ClubSpeakers is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13.
