We’re Here to Help.

We want you to get the most out of ClubSpeakers. Start with the questions below, and if you don’t find your answer, we’re one email away.

ClubSpeakers is where clubs, organizations, and nonprofits find, evaluate, and book speakers for their meetings and events, and where speakers list themselves to get discovered. Think of it as a trusted, community-run speakers bureau.

Any group that hosts speakers: service clubs like Rotary, Kiwanis, and Lions, chambers of commerce, nonprofits, and associations, along with the speakers themselves. The beta is starting on California’s Central Coast, and anyone can request access now.

Speakers request beta access, then create a profile with their bio, topics, photo, and video. Many founding speakers are also nominated by members who have seen them present. Speakers control their own listing, including whether to accept reviews.

Search the directory by topic, profession, location, and format. Compare reviews from fellow groups, save candidates to a shared shortlist, then message speakers directly to confirm a date, in person or on Zoom.

No. Joining is free for organizations and speakers during the beta. Access is by request while we onboard the founding directory.

Reviews come from real groups that actually hosted the speaker, never anonymous ratings. After a talk, the host can share how it went, and that review travels with the speaker’s profile so everyone benefits.

Whether you fill the calendar or fill the room, it starts with one request.
